Sieve
is designed to separate screenings from waste water with possibility of
its dehydration, compaction and transport into container - all in one
unit. It can be installed in waste water treatment plants or in
systems designed for screenings selection. Sieves eliminate screenings
from waste water which could cause failures in some of waste water
treatment plant devices (pumps, aerated device etc.). Size of sieve is
adjusted to existing waste water flow.

Screenings press and screenings washing press are designed to volume
reduction of separated screenings.This devices allow dehydration and
compaction of constant waste ( bottles, rags, corks, stones, plastic
elements. The presses are made of stainless steel what improve
durability of execution and protectdevices from corrosive factors.
Ribbon feedertype PSE is designed for transporting dehydrated
sludge, screenings, pulps or other materials.
Sand
separator is used for draining and removing sand and other (heavy)
mineral deposits from water-sand pulp supplied from devices in the
sewage pre-treatment process. The PSK sand separator consists of a sand
trap (working chamber) and a ribbon feeder. The device is made of
high-grade stainless steel.

Sand and grease are unavoidable content of municipal waste water.
They should be reduced to minimum level. For better efficiency of sand
and grease separation we recommend to use horizontal sand separator type
PKE.
Vortex
sand traps are designed for separating sand and other high density
solids (heavier than waste water). Vortex sand traps with their small
overall dimensions provide relatively high efficiency of sand
separation. They are used mostly in small and medium-sized waste water
treatment plants and modernized facilities, where there is no
possibility of using multifunction devices that require more space.
Sand scrapers are designed to
remove sand and to push down floating elements from desander's chamber.
In sand scrapers equipped with pumps, the pumps suck in the pulp from
bottom of channel and over press it into next device located in
technological line of waste water treatment plants (gutter,separator,
etc.). In sand scrapers equipped with plows the sand is scraped into
funnel located in finishing zone of desander.
Sand
washers are used to separate the organic pollutants from sand and other
molecules.Sand
and other small organic pollutants generated during their separation
from waste water are covered with a layer of organic pollutants. Sand
washers are used to separate the organic pollutants from sand and other
molecules. Organic pollutants generated in the flushing process are
moved to further steps of purification. After the flushing process sand
is so pure that it can be delivered directly to the landfills, which
allows you to significantly reduce the costs of its disposal.
The content of organic components in washed material is less than 3%.
