Ribbon feeders have very wide application not only in waste water treatment plants but also in many industries. They can be used for example, to transport grain, ash, cement, sand, aggregates and other materials.

Description and principle of operation.

Ribbon feeders is built of working flume with plastic material linning. The ribbon is located in flume. In the first part of feeder the basket batch is located.

Screenigs come into basket batch from where are collected by ribbon.Screenings are moved on distance specified by dump hole where mostly are droped into lower located containers. Ribbon feeders can operate both in horizontal position and at an angle (0-30°). Feeders also possess possibility of conveyor radial rotation according to bumper crop place.
